Where we invest money

A major priority this year is to invest in better neighborhood safety infrastructure. This includes a license plate reader at the entrance of our neighborhood as well as cameras and better lighting that monitor the pedestrian entrances.
We will be working with Flock Safety.

Funding from our dues will also go towards community engagement which includes this website and our online engagement as well as in person events in the neighborhood.

Another big goal for this year is to support the efforts already being made by our community members and their own funding. We plan to set aside funding for planting and median beautification.
Where we invest time

Our board is currently working with the city to upgrade our sea wall, which is not to code and eroding quickly. If you would like to show your support for this project, you can send an email to commissioner king on this page.

Our board is constantly staying up to date with the changes and development of our neighborhood and ensuring that we are considered voice as new legislation is passed and development continues.

Traffic calming is an important concern for our neighborhood. We are in contact with officials and requesting resources as and when we need them.

Our goal is to raise $12,000 in 2025/26 through dues and donations to invest in our community. You can see the breakdown to the right of that spend.
